Booking Confirmation:

• All massage appointments must be confirmed either online, in person, or via phone.
• A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Please review the details to ensure accuracy.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee.

No-show Policy:

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.

Punctuality:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a full session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.

Health and Medical Conditions:

• It is your responsibility to inform the therapist of any health or medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the massage session.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if a massage may pose a risk to your health.

Treatments Contra-indications

• As with any treatment a consultation questionnaire will need to be completed betore any treatments proceed. Some of the treatments have contra-indications health conditions which may require a specific treatment to be adapted or deem it unsuitable for you, and therefore it is of vital importance that you disclose your full medical state and history at the time of the treatment.
• Any Contra-indication that your GP can provide a letter to state treatment can take place is very welcome. All information given by you is treated in strict confidence. You must also notify us before any further treatments of any changes to your health or medication.

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and all types of cards.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Privacy and Respect:

• Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. Proper draping techniques will be used during the massage, and only the area being worked on will be exposed.
• Inappropriate behaviour or requests will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session, with full payment due.

Feedback:

• Your feedback is important to us. Please communicate openly with your therapist about your preferences and any concerns during the session.

Gift Certificates:

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of the appointment.

Right to Refuse Service:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
